Authenticator
An authenticator app is used to secure your account. It is called 2-Factor Authentication because you have another factor outside of your login credentials for access. This adds an extra layer of security to prevent compromised accounts to perform malicious actions.
Kluppie uses mandatory extra authentication for all administrator tasks to ensure the privacy and security of all users.
Below you can find instructions on how to install, add and use your Authenticator app.
Note: Your specific app instructions may differ from the ones listed below. Please search for instructions online if they do not work.
You can use any authenticator app you want, including those not listed below. We list a few options below:
-
Microsoft Authenticator
Microsoft: Download Microsoft Authenticator -
Google
Google: Get verification codes with Google Authenticator -
Apple: iCloud Keychain / Passwords
Apple: Automatically fill in one-time verification codes on iPhone -
